Sometimes I have clients that need to send me large files, and this can be quite a difficult situation, because the files are too big for email and the client does not have their own FTP server . You can download the software on a second machine and use the same login as you did on the first install, and this will synchronize both drop boxes. Once you are set up you will have the ability to drag and drop files into the Dropbox folder. There is a public folder “dropboxMy DropboxPublic” which will allow you to share files with computers that are not synchronized to your account.
Best of all the software is free and you get a 2 GB quota, but you can upgrade to 50GB for $99 a year or $9.99 a month.
