Google Blacks Out Against SOPA and PIPA

Well, sort of.

The search engine “blacked out” its home page today to show
support for the other websites blacking out today to protest the Stop Online Piracy
Act
(SOPA) and the Protect
IP Act
(PIPA).

The search engine also features a link on its home page
allowing visitors to sign a petition telling Congress not to “censor the Web.”

 Well played, Google. Well played.

The website SOPAstrike.com
has a full list of websites that are blacking out today to strike against SOPA,
Wikipedia and Reddit being two of them. Reddit visitors will see this when visiting the
website:

What do you think about SOPA and PIPA?
