352 Media Group took home top honors at the Addy Awards Banquet recognizing work produced in 2006. 352 Media added to their 32 Addy’s over the last three years by winning eleven more awards and the coveted Best in Show ‘ Interactive honor. The ceremony was hosted by the Gainesville Advertising Federation, a member of the fourth district of the American Advertising Federation. A panel of industry experts selected the winner’s from over 150 entries.
‘These awards are a testament to the hard work of our design team over the past year,’ said Geoff Wilson, 352 Media Group’s President and CEO. ‘As much as we praise our designers, there is no greater honor for them than the respect of their peers.’
352 Media received awards in several categories, including a Gold Addy for Microsoft’s XboX XNA DVD and a Silver Addy for Dade Behring’s Sysmex DVD. Winning Web sites included a Gold Addy for the Crest NYC Web site, a Gold for Gregory’s Groves Web site, a Silver for the American Express Travel Canada Web site, a Silver for the Ipanema Restaurant Web site, a Silver for the Nextteq Web site, a Silver for Proximiti’s Web site, and a Silver for 352 Media Group’s own Web site. Other awards for 352 Media included a Gold Addy for a snowboard design for Microsoft and Burton and a Silver Addy for a Flash presentation for Advanst Technologies.
Both the XNA DVD and the Crest NYC Web site were among finalists for the Best in Show ‘ Interactive award, with the Crest NYC Web site taking the prize. Gold award winners will go on to compete in the regional completion before advancing to the national awards later this year.
